High Heel Drag Race in New Hope PA
One of the most unique and fun Halloween celebrations ever is the annual High Heel Drag Race in the charming, historic, colonial town of New Hope, Pennsylvania on October 21. I so much enjoyed the trip I made with Ryan Wolowski (MTV, Billions) and dear friend Madame Rolanda Rose. The Race of Drag Queens in High Heels takes place near the intersection of Mechanic Street and Main Street. Along the racing route, the fabulous contestants run up a hill and decorate a small pumpkin that gets carried to the finish line. The event draws a huge crowd and the entire town revels in the celebratory event that welcomes the Halloween season of dressing up and living fantasies.

Revival of Wigstock
We all had the most amazing time at the revival of Wigstock! The end-of-Summer soiree took place on 9/1/2018 on the Pier 17 Rooftop Lounge at the South Street Seaport in lower Manhattan, New York City. Wigstock was an ultra glamorous Drag Queen Festival hosted by the legendary Lady Bunny that took place in NYC every Labor Day Weekend from 1983 until 2001. With the Drag scene becoming larger than ever, many are thrilled that the diva fest was resurrected again. It is a celebration of Drag, mod fashion, warped comedy, heels, make-up, jewels and big wigs.
