Hippy "Freak Out" at Stonewall Inn

We had a great time at the performance art showcase "Freak Out" at the legendary, historic Stonewall Inn, 53 Christopher Street, Greenwich Village, New York City on 1/30/2020.  The event and a "Hippy Blood" theme and was presented by DJ Chauncey Dandridge of the House of Dandridge. 

Mr. Rock Bear 2020

Bigger is better!  If you like your men large and hairy, the Mr. Rock-Bear 2020 contest / pageant was the event to be at! It took place at Rock Bar at 185 Christopher Street in Greenwich Village, New York City on 1/26.We had an amazing time with the guys who strutted their sexy stuff on stage.  And the winner who was presented with the leather sash was the gorgeous Jay Saint!  Other title holders were  including Mr. Fire Island Leather Bruce Michael, Mr. Eagle Michael Jeavons, Mr. North American Bear Jed Ryan, and drag divas Viva Vadalia and Candy Samples.  

Birthday Bash for Wendy Stuart Kaplan

Everyone had the best time ever at the Birthday Bash extravaganza for actress, model and author of the best-seller She's the Last Model Standing, Wendy Stuart Kaplan at Club Bedlam at 40 Avenue C in Downtown Manhattan's bohemian East Village - New York City on 1/24/2020. Practically everyone who's anyone was celebrating including Edwin Vazquez, Jed Ryan, Nick Lion, Richard Prior Jr., Evan Laurence, Erhel Fornaris, Troy Andres Burris, Ike Avelli, Joe Preston, Margo Channing, Alexis Flame, Josefine Svenson, Albert Crocas Pena, Zola Powell, Calvin Cox, Bear-Donna, Christian Calabrese, Sandy Jordan Egypt LaBeija, Sebastian Ra Serrano and many, many others.

Totally Awesome 80s Gala, celebrating the music, fashion and culture of the fabulous 1980s with the Imperial Court of NY at Club Industry, 355 West 52nd Street, Midtown Manhattan, New York City. 1/19/2020.  Had a blast with actress, model, author Wendy Stuart (Last Model Standing), promoter Nick Lion, model Calvin Cox, divas Egypt LaBeija, Ambrosia Amore, Candy Apples, artists Lester Bloom, Andres Brios Fabian, Fran Sisco and many others.

New Year - New Decade at Stonewall Inn

Ringing in the new Year - and the new Decade - at the historic, legendary Stonewall Inn, 53 Christopher Street, Greenwich Village, New York City. 12/31/2019.  Had a blast with DJ Chauncey Dandridge, Evan Laurence, Carlos Acosta / Carlo, Fran Sisco, Nick Lion, Billy Hess (Getty Images), Mark DeAlwis (Mark DeAlwis Salon), Nikki Horton, Van Hechter, David Welsh and many others. 

Slallywag! at Gene Frankel Theatre

I had an amazing time at Skallywag! a super fun avant-garde Performance Art Variety showcase at the legendary Gene Frankel Theatre, at 24 Bond Street, East Village, New York City on 12/27/2019.  Lady Clover Honey performed winter holiday parodies by actress/comedienne Fran Sisco with Kelly Sisco - with after-show backup by Ryan Wolowski.  The show also included a hilarious staged reading of Glamour, Glory and Gold by Jackie Curtis featuring Wendy Stuart Kaplan (She's the Last Model Standing), Joe Preston and diva Eileen Dover/Michael Fontana as Nola. 

'Twas the Night AFTER Xmas

The Holidays continued at 'Twas the Night AFTER Christmas with all the magic and madness that surrounds them with surprise guests and wonderful performances by some of New York City's wonders on stage at the legendary Stonewall Inn, 53 Christopher Street, Greenwich Village, New York City!  The monthly Variety Showcase call Freak Out at Stonewall featured a quirkly roster of talented artists including Lady Clover Honey, Evan Laurence, Anna Copa Cabanna, Carlo of The Debbie Donnas, Dreama Belle, Cecile Williams, Matt-E and many others.  The evening was presented by renowned DJ Chauncey Dandridge of the House of Dandridge. 12/26/2019

"No Day Like Today" Adam Barta and Lovari Music Video Cameo with Real Housewives of New Jersey

One of the most fun and exciting things to happen to me in 2019 was my appearance in the music video by MTV recording artists Lovari and Adam Barta called No Day Like Today! The song reached Number 1 on the Billboard Dance Charts and the music video included cast members of the reality television series Real Housewives of New Jersey.  The location of the video was Grissini's Restaurant in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. It's the same place were NJ Housewife Teresa Guidince infamously flipped a table during a memorable episode! The shoot was supervised by renowned  Director Bret Josephs.  The other people who appear in the video include Real Housewives of NJ regulars Delores Catania, Margaret Josephs and her mother Marge Sr., along with RuPaul's Drag Race diva Honey Davenport, Out in the Wild podcast host David Yontef and socialite Croina Ianculovici.  There is also plenty of amazing Ballroom dancing from Tyra Gardner and Princess Gracie Jones of The House of Old Navy and Sugga of the House of Marciano!  No tables were harmed in the filming of this video. Only lots of laughter, energy and fun!
