Headlined in The New York Times! Lady Clover Honey is "Deliciously Naughty"

Pretty in Print! I'm so happy to see that a photo of myself, Lady Clover Honey, is headlined in an article in the prestigious newspaper, The New York Times while being called "deliciously naughty!" It's used in an article about the new line-up of programs on NYC's own television station, NY Life, WNYC. The article mentions the tv series, Under the Pink Carpet, of which I'm proud to be an entertainment news correspondent on. It's the tv series that shows you who's who and what's hot in New York City's thriving gay scene and how gay citizens and influences add to the fabric of New York City arts and culture.

Daily Musto Village Voice mention

Me being a new cast member was mentioned in the legendary Michael Musto's Daily Blog for the renowned Village Voice, New York City's Downtown Alternative newspaper! Here's what the fantastic Musto said:

"
Lady Clover Honey is now playing Charity Divine in the frenetic off-Broadway farce When Joey Married Bobby (not to be confused with My Big Gay Italian Wedding starring that Reichen hottie from Amazing Race). As Clover tells me:

"So there's a former stuntwoman, a former pro baseball pitcher, a former Village People member, a former porn star, an Adam Lambert impersonator, and a drag queen in a theater above what was formerly NYC's largest live porno palace in the Times Square Arts Center, doing a play on gay marriage and Christianity!"

And I remember seeing them all there when it was a porno palace too!"

Clover Honey a new Broadway Baby

I am thrilled to announce that I have been cast in the hit, critically acclaimed comedy, When Joey Married Bobby currently playing at the Arias Theater in the Broadway theater district of New York City at 400 W. 43rd Street. The show, written by GLAAD award-winning playwrights, William Wyatt, takes on the controversial subject of Gay Marriage in a hilarious way! The character I play is Charity Divine, a Southern Baptist Minister's Wife and and Chairperson of the Selection Committee for the coveted "Christian of the Year" award. The role was originated by the legendary Drag Icon Lady Bunny. Those are big pumps to fill - figuratively speaking, of course! I feel a little like Eva taking over for Zha Zha or Jan taking over for Marcia, but if anyone can fill in for Bunny, it's me!

Others is the stellar and diverse cast include original Village People Cowboy, Randy Jones, SAG award nominee Tina McKissick, Pro Detroit Tigers Baseball Pitcher Matt Pender, actor/MC Will Clark, Rebecca Smith, Dan Gershaw, Katie Cunningham and Judy Bennet.
