What a wonderful time I had at the 26th annual "Night of 1,000 Gowns" fundraising gala at Broadway Ballroom in the Marriott Marquis Hotel in Times Square in New York City on March 31st! The event was an extravagant Royal Ball and Coronation Ceremony produced by the Imperial Court of New York and celebrating the rein of Emperor XX Vanity Society and Empress XXV Pepperica Swirl and the crowning of new monarchs Emperor Ritz Kracker and Empress Witti Repartee. The event raised funds for PFLAG and New Alternatives. I had a marvelous time flirting and mingling with dear friends Gerald McCoullough (CBS's CSI Crime Scene Investigation), comedian Lisa Lampanelli, Amanda Lepore, reality TV stars Mike Ruiz (A-List), Miguel Allure Rodriguez (Jerseylicious), Alex McCord and Simon VanKempen (Real Housewives of New York City), Miss Veronica Vera (Miss Vera's Finishing School for Boys who want to be Girls), Michael Musto (Village Voice), Olympic Figure Skating Champion Johnny Weir, Marty Thomas (Wicked), Francous Ratzel (Bearlesque), Tym Moss (Artists Exposed Radio), Winnie McCroy, photographers Jed Ryan, Wilson Models, Jason Russo, recording artists Ari Gold and Adam Barta, Kevin Novinski, Mark Schulte, Anu Singh, Sassy, Fred Anguera and many others!

I loved making an entrance at the legendary landmark, Roseland Ballroom, the extravagant venue for the celebrated awards that honor the best in the art of Male escorting and erotic entertainment and presented by Rentboy. I had the most sizzling time mingling with my dear friends in Media and in the exciting erotica industry including: Jake Mackenrot of Project Runway, Michael Lucas, Rafael Alencar, "Best Top" award recipient Tommy Defendi, "Best Fetish" award recipient Spencer Reed, Mike Diamond, Anu Singh, Mark Schulte, Colton Ford, Michael Musto, photographers Dick Mitchell, Jeff Eason and Jason Russo, event host Alex Mapa and many others.

I was thrilled and honored to be the hostess MC of the talent entertainment Mainstage at the 19th annual GLBT Business Expo at the Jacob Javitz Convention center in New York City on March 18th. Thousands of wonderful people attended to see the fantastic and unique businesses and community organizations exhibited. The talent showcase was very impressive and I was glad to announce the amazing performers while showing off my Pucci gown and giving the crowd some fun humor. The performers included recording artists Lovari, Aiden Leslie, Tokyo Black, Sister Funk and cast members from RuPaul's Drag Race and tattooed RoBear from TLC's New York Ink and many others. I also loved showing off my riding skills while bucking the mechanical bull from the International Gay Rodeo Association from Colorado! No cowgirl boots were needed. Special Thanks to Hey Mister Jason Photography.

I had a wonderful time attending the Birthday Bash celebration of the very first Champion of RuPaul's Drag Race Bebe Zahara Benet at xl nightclub on March 16 in New York City. Divas and VIPs from Gotham nightlife and reality television attended to wish her well and dance the night away - including Logo's A-List cast member Reichen Lehmkuhl and Ryan Nickulas, photographer Miguel Dominguez, radio personality Tym Moss, Drag Race alumni Trya Sanchez and Rebecca Glasscock, Lady Bunny, Kittin Withawhip, Frostie Flakes, Ms. Darryl Demure and many others. Special thanks to Jeff Eason (Wilson Models) and Ms. Demure for the photos!
I had a fantastic time at the celebration for the new memoir of Kristin Johnston (NBC's Third Rock From the Sun and TV Land's The Exes). The fascinating new book includes personal details about her struggles with drug and alcohol abuse and hopes to educate about addiction and recovery. The gala took place at the posh Penthouse at 230 Fifth Avenue in New York City with breathtaking skyline views and refreshing non-alcoholic cocktails along with the traditional barefoot-bubbly champagne. I thoroughly enjoyed the reception for Media, Celebrities and VIPS and had a blast catching up with Kristin, stylist Phillip Block, Reichen Lehmkuhl (The A-List), columnist / leather man Jed Ryan, publicists Chip Duckett and Ron Lasko, photographer Miguel Dominguez, Geri Reischl (Jan Brady The Brady Bunch Variety Hour) Jaimie Ranieri, Mark Schulte, Fred Schnieder of the B-52s, Erik Bottcher, Frank DeCaro (Sirius Out Q Satellite Radio) Ken Kleiber (That's Kentertainment) and many others!
