Fresh Fruit February Playhouse

I had a wonderful time as a performer at the Fresh Fruit Playhouse at the legendary avaunt-guard showroom, Nuyorican Poet's Cafe, home of the Poetry Slam and renowned Banana Puddin' Jazz. The event took place on February 20th and was hosted by Frank Calo and Rita Petite. Other performers included cabaret star Teressa Fischer, leather-model and columnist Jed Ryan, Improv Comedian Evan Laurence, vocalist Knox Bundy, Jazz recording artist Rome Neal and many others. The live-sang and performed the comedy camp song Everybody's Girl from Steel Pier.
