In the wake of the Trump Administration withdrawing federal
protections for transgender students, I was one of the thousands of activists will rallied in Jersey
City on 2/26/2017 for the "most vulnerable" members of the community.
President Donald Trump cruelty and viciously revoked federal guidelines that allowed Transgender students to use the restroom designated to the gender the identify within public schools. The rally in Jersey City, held in partnership with Garden
State Equality to "rise up" and "fight back" against the attack on Transgender youth. More than one thousand gathered in the Newark Avenue pedestrian mall in Downtown Jersey City to protest the administration's actions. "Trans youth, the most vulnerable in our community, are under attack," organizers reminded everyone. "In this time of uncertainty, we must continue to work
tirelessly to ensure that our young people have a safe place to learn
and grow into confident and educated adults." Jersey City - which has been named the most diverse city in the
nation - has been home to several similar rallies since the incompetent and immoral Trump was
elected president. At the rally were Jersey City Council President Rolando Lavarro, Jersey City Council Member Jermaine Robinson, Jersey City Council Member Candice Osborne, Garden State Equality Executive Director Christian Fuscarino, Hudson Pride Connections Center Director Jonathan Lucas, Jersey City Pride director Michael Billy and many others.

The soiree took place at Calligaris, 55 Thompson Street in Manhattan's Art District - SoHo in New York City on 2/15/2017. Calligaris, the luxury and minimalist furniture brand from Italy,
presented the official NYFW show for CHULO Underwear.

things for others. The night includes refreshments, music, great
conversation, shopping, socializing, a silent auction, and lots of
laughs. Proceeds

economic development to women in impoverished regions. Additional

the CHULO brand works—helping to educate and employ marginalized young

Oscar Fashions on Dogs
I had a wonderful time making an appearance as a Celebrity Judge at the annual Pup Scouts Red Carpet Gala Ball Oscar Tribute, where dogs take over the runway wearing recreations of gorgeous gowns that were seen on Celebrities and Movie Stars at awards ceremonies and in films. I loved having fun with Carole Lawrence, the original Maria from Broadway's West Side Story, and she also starred as the title character from Broadway's Kiss of the Spider Woman, super model Victoria Ann and many others. The doggie fashion soiree took place at 225 East 57th Street in Midtown Manhattan in New York City on 2/11/2016.
