This talented artists included a warm welcome back of Jersey's original fun rock group Life In a Blender. Also, a very special appearance by MTV's newest Video Artist Lovari, who I was thrilled to join on stage with recording artist David Eric. There were also many other lively performances by The RockNRoll Hi Fives, Sean Kiely, The Fave, Sea of Otters, The Porchistas, and more. We were honored by political figures in attendance including Jersey City Council President Rolando Lovarro. A special National Oakely Award was presented to the Cemetery for its presentation work. It was one of the best ways ever to spend a summer late afternoon and evening.

Goat-Stock Festival
We all had a blast at the Annual Goat-Stock Festival, a concert and party that benefits the Historic Jersey City and Harsimus Cemetery at 435 Newark Avenue, Jersey City, New Jersey on August 2nd. Live Goats are kept at the site to eat up invasive weeds and poison ivy as an environmentally, chemical-free way of landscaping. And the adorable "Jersey Kids" have become a famous and beloved attraction to the 6 acre sanctuary, one of the most beautiful settings in the area. We had summertime fun which included food, music, dancing, guided tours, shopping and live musical rock and pop bands and performers on the main-stage.
